These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CODEGPT LLC's ("Agent Forge AI", "we", "us") website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create a workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you connect to Agent Forge AI. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and never use your pipeline data to train models for other customers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other customers, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid workspaces as detailed in your order form or enterprise agreement, and will notify active customers of planned maintenance in advance where practical.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with notice as described in your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Forge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your order form, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
